AI should change the economics of business growth.

Most businesses first use AI for content, assistance and cost reduction. We think the larger opportunity is operational capacity: a business that can take on more customers, more volume and more complexity without operational effort growing at the same rate.

That is why the firm’s mission is ‘AI for Growth’. We take one workflow per engagement: redesign the work around what AI can now do, keep people in charge of what matters, and measure what changes.

Who we are

Experienced advisors, working as a network.

AI for Growth is a small advisory. The people who work with clients have twenty years or more of leading enterprise technology. Today we are open to working with clients in India, the UAE and the UK. Most of our advisors are not employees. They are experienced advisors who work with us by engagement, in the markets and industries they know.

Each engagement has one Advisory Partner. That person takes your question, does the work, and stays with you from the first conversation to the answer. Where it needs depth we don’t have — an industry, a technology, a regulation — a named specialist joins for that part.

The advisor brings experience and judgement. Our AI tools and agents do much of the research, analysis and drafting. That is what lets a small team do senior work without a layer of analysts underneath.

Every engagement also draws on the same advisory intelligence system — what holds up in production, what models and vendors are good for, what they cost to run, and what has gone wrong elsewhere. Each engagement adds to it, so you are not limited to what one advisor has seen.

We are vendor-neutral. We don’t resell or earn from anything we recommend.

Senior. AI-leveraged. Knowledge-compounding. Vendor-neutral.

Track record

Turning new technology into enterprise capability.

Sai Krupa Sagar, Founder and Principal AI Transformation Advisor, has spent 33 years in technology across India, North America, the UK and Europe — most of it helping leaders work out what a new technology means for their organisation, and then turn it into something the business can use. linkedin.com/in/saiksagar

Most recently he was Vice President of the Cloud Practice at Cognizant, which he started and built while cloud was still emerging, working directly with CxO, business, application and infrastructure leaders. Earlier roles include Motorola, Microsoft and Wipro.

  1. Client-server Java/.NET
  2. SOA
  3. Distributed Agile
  4. Digital
  5. Cloud
  6. AI

Five shifts before this one. Each arrived with a lot of noise around it, and the job each time was the same: work out which parts would hold up in a real business, help clients adopt them, build the teams who would do the work, and turn what worked into frameworks the next client could reuse.

AI is the sixth. This time it also meant building a product with it — for three years he was at the helm of BeSuperMind, a personalised mindset upgrade platform and an early adopter of generative AI, using it for the content pipeline, conversational assistance, personalisation, automation and coding.

Through all of it, the same question:

What is the right decision for this organisation?

The people behind the work.

Raji Iyengar

Partner, Client and Capital Strategy

Raji has 39 years in enterprise technology, most of it leading business functions across Asia Pacific and Japan for global technology companies, working from India and Singapore. She has been through the whole arc, from the early computing era to blockchain and now AI.

Her work sits where clients, ventures and capital meet. She has facilitated the acquisition of a software company by a global corporation, and helped early-stage companies get themselves into the right shape for funding.

She is a practitioner of mindfulness, and brings the same discipline to the work: cutting through noise, taking ethical risk seriously, and holding to a decision once the evidence supports it.

Bring us one workflow.

A 30-minute conversation is enough to see whether there is a useful next step. Bring the workflow you have in mind. We will start there.
